Naan Aval Athu is a remake of Ram Gopal Varma’s Darling directed by Kona Venkat, it is a Bilingual thriller movie, titled as as Nenu Thanu Aame in Telugu.
Madhavan and Sada plays in lead role, while Bollywood actress Shamitha Shetty plays the role done by Esha Deol in Hindi.
