Chiranjeevi Criticize Abdul Kalam on Nuclear Deal
Chiranjeevi who had said that APJ Abdul Kalam who was the inspiration for his politics entry , has criticized the former President for his support to the India-United States nuclear agreement.

He is a scientist and a statesman and he should not get involved in a political issue. Perhaps he has not carefully read the documents of the nuclear deal. It has far reaching implications for the country.

Actress Roja Criticizes Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party
Chiranjeevi’s party Praja Rajyam has come under attack by his former time heroines, actress Roja and Talli Telangana party founder and actress Vijayashanti.

TDP’s women’s wing president actress Roja, another yesteryears heroine who paired with Chiranjeevi in two Telugu films, criticized him severely saying that the megastar had done nothing for the people of the state and has now gone to the weavers for attracting votes.
Chiranjeevi has not reacted yet.
Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party Under Attack From Vijayashanti
Chiranjeevi’s and his party Praja Rajyam has come under attack by his former time heroines, actress Roja and The Lady Superstar actress Vijayashanti.

The founder president of Talli Telangana party, Vijayashanthi who paired with Chiranjeevi 18 times in movies said Chiranjeevi’s political moves were just pretensions.
Vijayashanti is credited as The Lady Superstar and The Action Queen of Indian Cinema. At the peak of her career, she was the highest paid actor in India even more than Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikanth and Chiranjeevi.
Chiranjeevi has not yet reacted for Vijayashanti attack.

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi launched his Praja Rajyam (People’s Rule) at a mega rally at holy shrine of Tirupati which was attended by nearly 10 lakh (one million) fans. Fans went out of control at the site leading police to lathicharge on them.

While taking the oath in the name of Lord Venkateshwara to dedicate his life to serve people, Chiranjeevi said
I know your problems, pains and sufferings and will always stand by you. I know about Ganji as well as Benz car. I had experienced poverty first hand during my childhood.
I was inspired by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, who asked me to enter politics and do my bit to cleanse the system.
NTR had floted Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in 1982 at the very same Tirupati nine months before the elections and had created a record in AP politics.
