Ajith Meets the Press at Park Sheraton

Ultimate star Ajith organized a get-together with the media persons at Park Sheraton in Chennai on Thursday to commemorate the release of his ‘Aegan‘ for Deepavali.

Dressed in elegant black suit with classic striped tie, Gentleman Ajith remained patient and wished everyone a very Happy Deepavali. He was surrounded by over 2000 media men and women from internet, print, television and FM radio channels turned up for his get-together.

However he did not speak a word about his new film Aegan !!!

Aegan Audio Launched at Hello FM

Ayngaran International released audio of their first Tamil film, Aegan at Hello FM station in Chennai.

Ajith Kumar acts in the lead role in Aegan, whilst Nayantara, Navdeep, Suhasini Ratnam, Nassar and Jayaram also play roles in the film. Directed by Raju Sundaram, who with Aegan will direct his maiden film.

Yuvan Shankar Raja, the music director of the film released the first copy of the music CD in a very simple function and Rajiv Nambiyar, the COO of Hello FM. None of the cast and crew were present at the time .

Surangani – Ajith Next Movie with Gautham Menon

As we reported earlier, the most happening director Gautham Vasudeva Menon and most handsome hero Ajith are all set to team up for a film titled Surangani. Film will be produced by in a film to be produced by Sivaji Productions.

Surangani is going to be Ajit’s next film after Aegan. Surangani has been registered by another production so Sivaji Productions is busy now to get the title form them.

According to reports Gautham Vasudeva Menon and Ajith team work movie will have Harris Jayaraj music, and camera by Nirav Shah. Shooting is expected to start in November 2008.

Actress Piya a New Hot Entrant

Piya, a popular Mumbai model is a the new entrant in industry via Poi Solla Porom. Piya is a Mumbai girl who’s career was modeling. Because of her bubbly looks and active approach she was auditioned for Poi Solla Porom and here she is now. She featured in Hindi ad films with Amitabh Bacchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Bubbly Piya is is doing an important role opposite Navdeep in Ajith’s Aegan.

When asked about Aegan Piya said,
