Ajith Meets the Press at Park Sheraton

Ultimate star Ajith organized a get-together with the media persons at Park Sheraton in Chennai on Thursday to commemorate the release of his ‘Aegan‘ for Deepavali.

Dressed in elegant black suit with classic striped tie, Gentleman Ajith remained patient and wished everyone a very Happy Deepavali. He was surrounded by over 2000 media men and women from internet, print, television and FM radio channels turned up for his get-together.

However he did not speak a word about his new film Aegan !!!

Aegan Audio Launched at Hello FM

Ayngaran International released audio of their first Tamil film, Aegan at Hello FM station in Chennai.

Ajith Kumar acts in the lead role in Aegan, whilst Nayantara, Navdeep, Suhasini Ratnam, Nassar and Jayaram also play roles in the film. Directed by Raju Sundaram, who with Aegan will direct his maiden film.

Yuvan Shankar Raja, the music director of the film released the first copy of the music CD in a very simple function and Rajiv Nambiyar, the COO of Hello FM. None of the cast and crew were present at the time .

Aegan Audio on Vijayadasami Day, October 9th.

Audio of Aegan, the much awaited film of Ajith Kumar is scheduled on the day of Vijayadasami, October 9th.
Yuvan Shankar Raja has done the mucic, buzz is that the songs of Aegan are rocking.

Directed by Raju Sundaram Aegan has Ajith Kumar and Nayantara in lead roles, while Navdeep, Suhasini Ratnam, Nassar and Jayaram plays important roles.

This year Ajit’s Diwali release will be Aegan.

Piya All Praise For Ajith

Piya, a popular Mumbai model is a the entrant in industry via Poi Solla Porom. Bubbly Piya is is doing an important role opposite Navdeep in Ajith’s Aegan.

When asked about her expeience with Ajith Kumar, she says

Ajith is a down-to-earth hero, He has never interfered with my acting, he knows the director is the one who teaches the actor and no one else. He is a veteran.

Like wise Piya, Actor Jayaram who is playing an important role Aegan earlier said,

If people say he isn’t interactive on the sets, it means they haven’t understood him well. If he says it, he clearly means it.

Baby Shamili – Anjali Papa is Heroine Now !

Remember Baby Shamili cute little girl who debuted as a mentally challenged 2 year-old baby anjali (Anjali Papa) in the Mani Rathnam’s critical and blockbuster flick Anjali in 1990. Yes, she gave fabulous performance in Anjali, first Mani Ratnam film to be dubbed into Hindi.

Shamili is none other than sister of Shalini, Ajith Kumar’s wife. Baby Shamili is now debuting as a full fledged heroine opposite chocolate hero Siddarth in a Telugu movie. Telugu Blockbuster Bommarillu’s associate Anand Ranga is directing this movie, which is to be produced by DVV Danayya.

Baby Shamili’s elder sister Shalini also debuted as a child artiste in the Malayalam movie Ente Mamattikkuttiyammakku, for which she won the Kerala State Award at the age of 3! Will Shamili shine as much as her sister did ?
