Rajini in Robot confirmed!- more expensive than Sivaji

After the mega-success of Sivaji, superstar Rajinikanth is all set for his next film Robot with Shankar. Ayngaran International and Eros Multimedia are the producers of Robot. (we already reported that Rajnikanth and Shankar teams for Robot ? on Jan -02 -2008)

? We are very happy to announce that superstar Rajnikanth, Shankar along with A.R Rahman are coming together again to make Robot, which is going to be made in four languages Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and English.? said Karunamoorthy, Chairman of Ayngaran International

Earlier Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan backtracked on his commitment to produce and act in the film. Robot will be bigger and more expensive than Sivaji, which was made at a cost of close to Rs 80 crore and earned nearly Rs 100 crore.
