Thala Ajith and Ilayathalapathy Vijay had a very mixed year 2007.
Vijay’s Pongal release Pokkiri was one of the biggest grossers after Rajini’s Shivaji but Ajith’s Aalwar failed.
Ajith’s after deepavali release Billa has had one of the biggest box-office opening of the year after Pokkiri, while Vijay’s deepavali release Azhagiya Tamil Magan( ATM ) failed.
So clearly Ajith and Vijay had the mixed year.
