As we reported earlier, badshaaa Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan officially entered into real estate business in Dubai. SRK launched his 8 billion dirham property development at a press conference on October 5.
At a press conference at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City, On 5th October the star confirmed that he is venturing into real estate development in collaboration with UAE based TSA Group.

Shah Rukh Khan knows he cannot act in Hollywood movies but he has the money so he is just copying his Hollywood counterparts who are investing heavily in the booming real estate market in Dubai.
Shah Rukh Khan is a trend setter and I am sure now that he has invested in the Dubai Property Market other Bollywood stars’ would be lining up behind him to do exactly the same. That means more Bollywood money in Dubai Properties.
