Here is the photo of Mallika Sherawat at the launch of a milkshake named after her at the hotspot Millions of Milkshakes.

The Mallika shake includes blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and Chocolate sauce. Mallika shake is topped with whipped cream.
